March (and Market?) Madness
Signs of Spring are appearing! Have you seen the crocus and daffodils peeking through the ground? Buds are forming on some of the trees and bushes, birds are chirping, and the weather is changing. We turned our clocks ahead one hour last weekend and anticipate longer, warmer days. March is full of new life and celebrations.
Our team is still celebrating! Both Kelly and Jeanne have again received the Five Star Professional award for 2025, based on consumer evaluations and production. Kathleen was awarded the Rising Star designation again, recognizing newer professionals who excel in client satisfaction. We don’t take these awards lightly! Buying and selling real estate can be fun, but also stressful, and it is our pleasure to guide you through the process. We thank you for your trust.
March 31st is the last day dogs are allowed on the Fairfield beaches. Enjoy the beach with your dogs for this last month. They will be allowed back on the beaches October1st.
Market Update
We are still in a market with record low inventories across all towns in Fairfield County, and home prices are still appreciating. There are currently only six homes for sale in Easton at the moment (only one under $1,000,000) and 60 in Fairfield! Inventory is slowly improving, but homes that are properly priced and prepared for sale are going under contract quickly. Open house activity has been robust with motivated buyers. This is a great time to list your home and take advantage of the high buyer demand.
Sellers, even if you’re just beginning to think about selling, we can offer valuable insight on buyer preferences and worthwhile improvements to get you ready for the market. Start planning how to get your home looking its best. Price and presentation matter!
Buyers, let us help you with your home search – we have strategies to make your offers stand out in this highly competitive market.
