And Then There Were Four
The Women’s Final Four tournament begins tonight! Be sure to watch the Husky women play UCLA tonight at 9 pm. Paige Bueckers has been nothing short of extraordinary (and so fun to watch). The Husky men were eliminated in the second round after falling to Florida. This year all four Number 1 seeds made it to the men’s Final Four, which hasn’t happened since 2008.
The Taste of Fairfield Special Spring Edition is this Sunday, April 6th at Elicit Brewery. Get your tickets and enjoy incredible flavors, craft beverages, live music, raffles, and more! Over 25 top restaurants, craft brewers, distilleries, wine shops, and local vendors will be serving up their signature bites, cocktails, and unique goods to hungry foodies and drink enthusiasts from all over the Fairfield area. This is an age 21 and over event.
Passover begins on Saturday, April 12th and goes through Sunday, April 20th. Easter is April 20th this year. The Fairfield Beach Bunny 5K is Saturday April 12th at Jennings beach. There will also be an egg hunt at the Fairfield Nature Center on April 18th. Registration is required.
Market Update
We are still in a market with record low inventories across all towns in Fairfield County, and home prices are still appreciating. There are currently only seven single family homes for sale in Easton at the moment (only two under $1,000,000 and the remaining at $1.385 and up) and 62 in Fairfield! Inventory is slowly improving, but homes that are properly priced and prepared for sale are going under contract in a matter of days. Buyers are motivated and ready! This is a great time to list your home and take advantage of the high buyer demand.
